notes:
the source of this version is a raw rip from a low generation cassette;
sounds a bit inferior than my cass(2), but has the original cut on
Echoes and then Echoes again and Blues completely from recorder 2.
Recorder 2 is supposed to be integral though was commonly around as
filler for these 2 tracks of the first recorder only (the complete
Echoes track from recorder 2 rarely surfaced , usually Echoes is a mix
of the 2 sources).
This is a remastered
version with songs in the right order and tracks' transition corrected,
it has been practically just removed the silence following the abrupt
cut of each song (that is in the original recording) and a little
repetition at the beginning of Cymbaline (the intro was both at the end
of the previous track and at the beginning of the Cymbaline track); no
fading in/out between the tracks has been applied ; I just made fade out
the last track of CD 1 and 2.
The whole stuff has
been also re-equalized a bit to make it sound a bit smoother where
possible. I'm always fond above all of raw sources and this is a very
nice one, so I left it quite unprocessed, the remastering was
essentially made hoping to "fix" this version; avoid possible re-remasterings.
