As far as we know, it seems to be the 3rd source from this show.
I received it 3 years ago by snail mail as a gift, from the taper, thanks Keith :-)
It was audio's CDs. I just extract them and Flac'ed the files.

Flac compression and md5 generated with Trader's Little Helper 
(TLH) v1.0.0 beta 1 (with flac v1.1.2), compression level 8,
