  • LDB Special Series #67 Hello! Here is a new series from my collection. After the Master Series, here is the Special Series. Out of my 6,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed! I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my reward for all the work involved in this project. EMERSON, LAKE & PALMER Philadelphia, Tower theatre July 22, 1992 Final Tour Rehearsal 01.Fanfare for the common man 02.Karn Evil n.9 / 03.Tarkus (excerpts) 04.Knife-edge 05.Paper Blood 06.Black Moon 07.Creole Dance 08.Close to Home 09.Affairs of the Heart 10.From the beginning 11.Romeo and Juliet 1 12.Romeo and Juliet 2 13.Romeo and Juliet 3 14.Farewell to Arms 15.Pirates 16.Lucky Man 17.Pictures at an Exhibition (incl. drums solo) 18.Rondo / America / Dance of the Bumble Bee Lineage: Unknown recording device > n generation tape > Aiwa Tape Deck AD-WX828 > Audigy Soundblaster > HD > SoundForge 7.0 > CD Wave > FLAC Frontend (level 6) Keith Emerson - keyboards, piano Greg Lake - bass, acoustic guitar, vocals Carl Palmer - drums, percussions I haven't seen that one circulating, so I guess it's pretty rare. This is the final rehearsal of the first come-back tour from ELP, held at Philadelphia Tower Theater. There is some audience at the rehearsal, but you can clearly hear that it must be some 30-40 people. The band played the whole of the setlist, including two excerpts from Black Moon album that were dropped after the first dates of the tour. For Romeo and Juliet they had to start twice because of some mistakes. Before you download this one, have a listen to the sample because the sound quality is not very good, some 6/10. Nevertheless this is highly interesting for all ELP fans. Enjoy! ldb
