  • Carl Palmer's ELP Legacy "Twist Of The Wrist" Penns Peak Jim Thorpe, Pa May 03, 2013 Recorded by bcironmaiden - Great Sound !!! There are a pair of talkers in the second set , 2 guys chatting like old Grannys at bingo. Recorded w/ SP-CMC-8 Sound Professionals Deluxe Audio Technica Cardioid Stereo Microphones > SP-SPSB-1 Sound Professionals Mini Battery Module > Olympus LS-10 Linear PCM Recorder HD > Sony Sound Forge 48khz/24bit > 44khz/16bit > CD Wave Editor Track Split > TLH ( Flac 8 ) > You OK , let me start by saying I was never a big ELP fan, I like Guitars . I always said ELP songs would sound great with guitars ... turns out I was correct ! This was 2 sets , and the band tore it up ! I won the tix ( I would have never went if i had to pay ... and I would have missed a great one ) so I gave one ticket to "The Dude" ( so his recording will be aroud one of these days .. GRAB IT WHEN YOU SEE IT !! ) . Had a great time ( paid for it at work the next day ) , glad I went to the show... go out and see this tour , it's great. Now as for the setlist , I have little or no clue on the names ( except when Carl tells them to us ) or if I split the songs correctly, in some cases I am not sure if multiple songs run together or if it's one long song ... anyway I did my best and if i messed up , please correct me . NO WAY I WAS GOING TO TRY AND SPLIT "Pictures at an Exhibition" ... Sorry . Set 1 : 60:11:58 01. Intro 02. Peter Gun 03. Welcome Back 04. Hoedown 05. America 06.
