I decoded them back to wav using Trader's Little Helper, then split the three files into 24 corresponding tracks with Sony Sound Forge. There was also a lot of dead silence on both the beginning and ends of all 3 large files, which I deleted. The original running time of the 3 large files was 02 hours, 12 minutes, 06 seconds and was 681.2 MB. The new running time for the split files is 02 hours, 11 minutes, 18 seconds and 677.4 MB. I then used EZ CD Audio Converter to change all the split tracks back to flac, this time using the latest flac version (1.3.1) at level 8.
